9 Halloween Story Cubes - Roll a Halloween Narrative Story

Do you have some students who are stuck for ideas when writing? Do you want add some fun and creativity during the Halloween season for writers who often are 'stuck' for ideas?

These 9 super creative story cubes are a great way of inspiring narrative writing leading up to Halloween.

How do they work?

• print all 9 cubes on A4 (at 100%) cardstock or regular paper (or 4 per page for mini-cubes)
• students can assemble the cubes themselves
• then, students roll 1 characters cube, 1 setting cube and 1 important object cube and develop a story by connecting these elements together (optional: use narrative planning template - included)
