Description
Prepare your students for Algebra I with this low prep review pack! The included topics are critical prerequisite skills needed for success in Algebra I. Both a printable PDF and Google Slides version are included.
Included topics:
- Working with Fractions
- Rational Number Operations
- Translating Expressions
- Order of Operations
- Properties, Factors, & Multiples
- Equations & Percentages
- Inequalities
Each sheet features 60 problems. Students must determine if the math has been solved correctly and if statements are true. They shade any incorrect ones to create a pattern that is easy for the teacher to check!
Problems include a range of difficulties to help you gauge what your students know and misconceptions. Because the problems are already solved for students, they must carefully analyze each one for errors.
This resource includes a printable PDF version and a digital Google Slides version, giving you lots of options for use. Suggested use:
- If you have in-person classes, use the printable pages throughout the first week of school in class. You can circulate as students solve, easily spotting students who need assistance.
- For virtual learning, you can assign students the pages using Google Classroom. Instead of shading the boxes, they will drag squares to cover up the incorrect work.
If students solve all 7 pages, the secret message will be revealed: READY 4 MORE MATH!
