    Description

Need interactive and fun digital activities to practice using rational numbers? This bundle will have students practice adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, decimals and fractions. Perfect for in-person learning or distance learning. Use as classwork, homework, intervention, or for early finishers. Perfect for your 6th-grade Positive Rational Numbers Chapter. Save 20% with this bundle!

    This bundle includes:

In this digital activity, students will multiply and divide by fractions and mixed numbers. Students will drag and resize parts to build a monster depending on their answers for each row. Students will also be able to check their work by filling out the self-grading Google Form.

Students will practice solving multiplication and division food-based word problems in this fun digital scavenger hunt. Each answer will lead them to their next question. This is a great alternative to task cards and traditional scavenger hunts.

Students will drag and drop strips to reveal fun mandalas by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals.

Reinforce rational number vocabulary with this digital word search. Use at the beginning or end of your unit as a math center or for early finishers. There is a vocabulary definition page where students can type definitions. Great for English Language Learners and all students in general!

Answer keys, student recording sheets, teacher and student instructions are included with each product.

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals to hundredths, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used.
Interpret and compute quotients of fractions, and solve word problems involving division of fractions by fractions, e.g., by using visual fraction models and equations to represent the problem. For example, create a story context for (2/3) ÷ (3/4) and use a visual fraction model to show the quotient; use the relationship between multiplication and division to explain that (2/3) ÷ (3/4) = 8/9 because 3/4 of 8/9 is 2/3. (In general, (𝘢/𝘣) ÷ (𝘤/𝘥) = 𝘢𝘥/𝘣𝘤.) How much chocolate will each person get if 3 people share 1/2 lb of chocolate equally? How many 3/4-cup servings are in 2/3 of a cup of yogurt? How wide is a rectangular strip of land with length 3/4 mi and area 1/2 square mi?
Fluently add, subtract, multiply, and divide multi-digit decimals using the standard algorithm for each operation.
