What educators are saying

My enrichment math students really needed some fun projects to help them look at math differently. I loved that there are so many to choose from and there are several advanced standards that are addressed.
I absolutely love this resource for my advanced students who are always finishing multiple assignments ahead of everyone. This gives them something meaningful to work on!

6th Grade Weekly Reading Projects

Aligned to most 6th grade math curriculum including CCSS and STAAR! The projects refer to ongoing and current research data so they will always be relevant and use authentic real-life math.

As your students finish their work at any given point during the week they are responsible for completing their math weekly research project and posting their response on a large sticky note. However, many teachers have incorporated the problems into their math notebooks and others simply copy the problems as handouts.

Introduce the problems at the beginning of the week and at the end of the week go over each problem as an entire class.
