About The Practice Test

The reading practice test is a total of 17 pages. There are 4 pages of fiction/literature passages and 3 pages of a nonfiction passage (including photos in the text.) The test questions are 8 pages, as well as 2 pages of grammar questions.

  • Passages are written on a sixth grade reading level and includes paired texts for literature and nonfiction.
  • Passages have related topics and themes.
  • Grammar questions with short text that underlines grammar and presents questions below.
