Description
Have fun learning the 6 essential nutrients.
Line the title cards up and test their prior knowledge, without teaching any information, have them do their very best. You will then know where you will need to start and what you should stress. Then have them complete this matching exercise again at the end of the unit. Colors are a helpful hint as to where to categorize them. Could make this a race as well.
Included are also study cards that can be printed front to back to use as flash cards or just print the definitions and let them write the nutrient on the back after looking it up.
Study Cards. Be sure to print pages 6 and 7 (or 8 if you prefer) front to back (duplex) and choose the “flip on the long side” in your printing options.
