Description
This is a foldable to use at the end of the year. It focuses on 5th grade Ohio Science Standards. All directions are provided. You could use construction paper or copier paper to create the foldables. Student created illustrations or magazine/newspaper photos are suggested, but clipart references are provided.
This could also be used as an end of the year study guide before the 5th Grade Ohio AIR test.
Included:
- Suggested Directions (I used this as a substitute science plan at the end of the year, so it's fairly detailed)
- Labels
- Clipart References
- 12 Blank captions (1 sheet of 12 captions per student suggested)
- Essay section
