Description

This assessment was designed for students to take as an end of year summative assessment. The test has 30 questions which cover all the 5th grade Common Core math standards. The test could also be used as a diagnostic test if given at the beginning of the year. It would be useful for compacting and placement purposes.

The test has multiple choice, constructed response, and a few questions with line plots and coordinate grids which students have to complete. A Teacher Key has been provided as well to help in grading.
