    5th Grade - Decimal Place Value Bundle - This is perfect for distance learning on Zoom or similar formats. On top of that it is powerful when used as direct instruction in the classroom. It is made up of 2 Lessons: Decimals 1 - Introduction and Place Value teaches students the value of each place value in a decimal number up to thousandths. Students are shown how moving to the right each decimal place becomes 10 times smaller and to the left 10 times larger. Fifth Grade Decimals 2 - Standard, Expanded and Word Forms and Comparing Decimals teaches students how to write decimals in standard, expanded and word forms and how to compare decimals to each other. Both lessons are built upon 22 research based teaching strategies. A 20 question Easel Assessment comes with both of these lessons. They tell the student when they have missed a problem and given them the correct answer and the tests are graded for the teacher. Works on any format.
