50 States Worksheets - Social Studies Special Education and Autism Resource

Use these no prep worksheets to practice answering WH questions about the 50 states. Includes three levels to meet the needs of your special education classroom. Bind the pages into a book to use in your independent work stations!

Students learn about each state's region (West, Midwest, South and Northeast), capital city and nickname with these worksheets. Each page covers one state - students color the state, read a short paragraph and answer three questions. Each page follows the same format and includes the same questions for consistency!

In addition to the worksheets, I've included a simple slideshow to use with a projector. Instead of independent reading practice, you can use this as a whole group social studies lesson.
