This book can either be read aloud or can be sung with a tune. It's 7 pages long and is adapted to include hands-on involvement. The book counts down as you turn the pages and allows students to remove a gingerbread man off the tray and count what's left. Page 9 is used as the gingerbread pieces that can be removed off each page when the gingerbread man 'runs away'. :) Enjoy!
