This 20 question Google Form challenges students to use maps, timelines, graphs, primary sources, pictures, documents, and many other tools to complete 10 questions all aligned directly to the Ohio Social Studies standards for 4th grade! Use it at the beginning of the year or unit of study as a PRE- ASSESSMENT to determine where individual students are in their knowledge of these topics. Use the same test at the end of the year or unit of study to show growth in these areas!
