Description

This ELA resource includes an introduction to text structure, multiple passages for whole group and independent practice for each of the five text structures, graphic organizers, prompts to help students identify structure and main idea, and a bulletin board display kit to engage your students in learning about nonfiction text structure.

Students will learn not only how to identify text structure but also how to apply that knowledge to explain the main idea of a text. And think of all the time you’ll save now that you don’t have to spend hours searching all over for practice articles!
