5TH GRADE COMMON CORE MATH WORKSHOP MEGA BUNDLE HERE
*****************************************************************************

This fourth grade math bundle includes six (6) products created to plan, grade, assess, teach, and track progress of all 4th Grade Common Core Math Standards, valuing over $70; PLUS this mega bundle also includes extra goodies including: Student Test Analysis Sheets, Growth Certificates, and 35 pages of Teachers Notes with photographs and examples to support you with your implementation of these products in your Common Core aligned math classroom.

+2 EDITABLE Documents (Editable Math Workshop Lesson Plan Book AND Editable Standards-Based Grade Book)

WHAT DOES THIS MEGA BUNDLE INCLUDE?!

CCSS “I CAN” POSTERS: (16 pages)
- Every 4th grade math CCSS has been broken down into single, individual skills and re-written in kid-friendly “I CAN” statements.
- A SAMPLE PROBLEM is given for every broken down CCSS for further clarification.
- These “I CAN” Statements and their example problems have been made into posters, so that you can POST CLEAR LEARNING GOALS throughout the year.
- Posters are color-coded by CCSS unit.
- These posters have also been made into a single page (double sided) handout (color AND black and white versions included) to pass out to students, parents, or for you to keep handy at all times.

STUDENT DATA NOTEBOOK: (24 pages)
- The Student Data Notebook is a place for students to track their progress for every 4th grade math Common Core Standard
Math Skill (based on the 8 Mathematical Practices), and
Homework Assignment.
- The Data Notebook takes all of the “I CAN” statements (and examples) from the posters and allows room for the students to record their progress for each standard.
- Included is a “FIST TO FOUR WITH COMMON CORE” Rubric based on Marzano’s rubrics for self-assessment of every broken down math Common Core standard in their Data Notebook.
- The Data Notebooks also include space for students to record their pre- and post- assessment scores so that they can calculate their GROWTH for each unit.

8 MATHEMATICAL PRACTICES POSTERS: (16 pages)
This bundle includes TWO VERSIONS of 8-Mathematical Practices Posters.
- The 8-Mathematical Practices Posters include explanations of SPECIFIC SKILLS expected of the students for EACH of the eight practices.

PRE- AND POST- ASSESSMENTS (FOR EACH CCSS UNIT): (94 pages)
- This portion of the bundle consists of 10 ASSESSMENTS (5 Pre-Assessments & 5 Post-Assessments) – 1 Pre and Post Assessment for EACH of the five CCSS Units: (Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Numbers and Operations in Base Ten, Fractions, Measurement and Data, and Geometry)
- 90+ PAGES
- ANSWER KEYS
- RUBRICS
- COVER SHEETS: Each unit has a cover sheet with all of the “I CAN” STATEMENTS written on it, along with a space for students to write their pre- and post- assessment scores and their GROWTH.
- Pre- and Post- Assessments for each unit are DIFFERENT! Although the formatting is similar, the questions and numbers vary. Therefore, students can use the pre-assessment as a perfect STUDY TOOL or PRACTICE TEST for the final post-assessment.
- Each question is aligned with a 4th grade math CCSS, and the standard code is written next to each set of directions.

UNIT TEST ANALYSIS SHEETS: (8 pages)
- These sheets are provided for students to use to analyze their graded post-assessments to identify their level of mastery of each CCSS in that unit.
- These are used to support the students in analyzing what they have truly mastered and which areas still require further practice or re-teaching.
- I got this idea from Rick Wormeli at a Differentiated Instruction conference.
- The analysis sheet requires the students to look through their graded assessment and analyze their results by checking off if they got the question CORRECT, or -- if they got it incorrect -- if it was a SILLY MISTAKE or if they DON’T UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT.
- These sheets provide a plethora of useful information for both the students and the teacher, and identify which students need to be pulled for re-teaching.

P.O.M. (Proof Of Mastery) ASSESSMENTS: (64 pages)
- 28 quick 1-page assessments (quiz/exit slip) for ALL 28 math CCSSs!
- Each POM has 4 questions.
- Learning goals written in kid-friendly “I CAN” Statements are written at the top of each POM to help students track their progress.
- ANSWER KEYS INCLUDED!

STANDARDS-BASED GRADE BOOK (SBGB): (25 pages) + EDITABLE VERSION (28 pages in PowerPoint)
- This product includes standards-based grade books for each of the five CCSS math units.
- Each unit grade book includes the following:
~ STANDARD MASTERY LOG
~ STANDARDS-BASED ASSESSMENT GRADE BOOK
~ MATH SKILLS TRACKER
~ HOMEWORK TRACKER
- The TEACHER'S NOTES included with this mega-bundle dedicate 11 PAGES of detailed explanations, examples, and photographs to support teachers in implementing standards-based grading.
- This grade book makes grading manageable, purposeful, and stress-free!!!

MATH WORKSHOP LESSON PLAN BOOK (MWLPB): (40 pages) + EDITABLE VERSION (43 pages in PowerPoint)
- Whether you use a “Math Workshop” structure OR you are just trying to better differentiate in order to meet the needs of your wide range of students, this plan book will be your BEST FRIEND! This plan book includes:
~ MATH WORKSHOP ROTATION SCHEDULE TEMPLATE (AND SAMPLE)
~ MATH WORKSHOP (OR DIFFERENTIATED) MATH GROUPING TEMPLATE
~ WEEKLY PLAN OVERVIEW TEMPLATE (FOR 3 GROUPS)
~ DAILY PLAN TEMPLATE (FOR 3 GROUPS)
~ “REMEMBER FOR NEXT YEAR” LIST
~ COMMON CORE MASTERY CHECKLIST – MASTER LOG
~ MATH-AT-A-GLANCE (FOR YEAR LONG CURRICULUM MAPPING)
~ COMMON CORE ALIGNMENT
- The teacher’s notes included with this mega-bundle dedicate 9 PAGES of detailed explanations, examples, and photographs to support teachers in implementing standards-based planning and Math Workshop structure.

Know relative sizes of measurement units within one system of units including km, m, cm; kg, g; lb, oz.; l, ml; hr, min, sec. Within a single system of measurement, express measurements in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Record measurement equivalents in a two-column table. For example, know that 1 ft is 12 times as long as 1 in. Express the length of a 4 ft snake as 48 in. Generate a conversion table for feet and inches listing the number pairs (1, 12), (2, 24), (3, 36),...
Use the four operations to solve word problems involving distances, intervals of time, liquid volumes, masses of objects, and money, including problems involving simple fractions or decimals, and problems that require expressing measurements given in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Represent measurement quantities using diagrams such as number line diagrams that feature a measurement scale.
Apply the area and perimeter formulas for rectangles in real world and mathematical problems. For example, find the width of a rectangular room given the area of the flooring and the length, by viewing the area formula as a multiplication equation with an unknown factor.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Solve problems involving addition and subtraction of fractions by using information presented in line plots. For example, from a line plot find and interpret the difference in length between the longest and shortest specimens in an insect collection.
Recognize angles as geometric shapes that are formed wherever two rays share a common endpoint, and understand concepts of angle measurement:
