Description

This Spring Project-Based Learning group research project is perfect for math students in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. IDEAS FOR YOUR CLASS

  • They can work in groups/partners to plan the perfect spring break vacation.
  • Students will brainstorm a type of garden they will plant, an indoor and outdoor activity, and a picnic.
  • The students will write about each of their ideas and draw a picture to show in their final presentation.
  • Students will need to use computers to research various items, the cost of activities in the area, food, and entertainment.
  • The class will present their vacation at the end of the project.

I have also included some rubrics for the teacher to grade their project quickly. The students will rate the members of their group upon project completion.
