Description
Use this slideshow to explain, and practice using 4 types of voices.
Including:
- Book reading of "Decibella, and her 6-Inch Voice" by Julia Cook
- Practice matching voice types with where/how to use them. (The answers are revealed on click)
- Shout - Outside
- Sing - Listening to Music (can also be edited to say Music Class)
- Talk - At Lunch
- Whisper - In the Library
- Closing with the video clip of "That's How You Know" from Disney's Enchanted
- Introduction: "Giselle lives in a land where they only use their singing voices. She decides to visit her friend who lives in NYC - where they only use their speaking voice. It takes her a while to get used to using her speaking voice, and sometimes will start singing because she loves it so much." - this scene shows how others behave and interact when Giselle starts singing.
