4 Square Writing Template

There are two different templates contained in this resource to choose from. Enclosed is a paragraph template and a full essay template to use with the four square method, which is now emphasized by the common core. These four square graphic organizers can be used with any grade.

For the more advanced writers- the paragraph template can be taught first then explained that this template's contents will be added into the essay's template.

Plenty of room has been provided in the diagrams so that younger writers can add pictures or more experienced writers can add complete sentences.
