What educators are saying

I love using this resource with my students to review math concepts that we learned earlier in the year. This has been my go to resource to start our math block!
I have used this for the last 2 years. It never gets old to hear all my students sharing, even those that are shy.

Description

180 math problems covering every third grade common core math standard! Just display with a projector, on a device, or on a smart board. No printing and copying needed! (Two files are included for your convenience, a PDF version, and a PowerPoint version.)

⚠️These daily problems are grouped by domain, but feel free to use them out of order! The PowerPoint slides can be rearranged by simply dragging them around. You can go back and practice older problems later in the year as a way to spiral review. Review all 180 at the end of the year as a form of test prep!

⭐Geometry: Days 37-48

⭐Numbers & Operations Fractions: Days 49-90

Standards

to see state-specific standards (only available in the US).
Tell and write time to the nearest minute and measure time intervals in minutes. Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals in minutes, e.g., by representing the problem on a number line diagram.
Measure and estimate liquid volumes and masses of objects using standard units of grams (g), kilograms (kg), and liters (l). Add, subtract, multiply, or divide to solve one-step word problems involving masses or volumes that are given in the same units, e.g., by using drawings (such as a beaker with a measurement scale) to represent the problem.
Draw a scaled picture graph and a scaled bar graph to represent a data set with several categories. Solve one- and two-step “how many more” and “how many less” problems using information presented in scaled bar graphs. For example, draw a bar graph in which each square in the bar graph might represent 5 pets.
Recognize area as an attribute of plane figures and understand concepts of area measurement.
Measure areas by counting unit squares (square cm, square m, square in, square ft, and improvised units).
