Merry, Merry Multiplication Christmas-themed printables and concepts include:
• Skip Counting Mazes (8): (Skip Counting by 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9)
These Christmas-themed printables challenge kids to find their way through a number grid, counting by 2s, 3s, 4s, etc. These are designed to be challenging for third graders: in most mazes, they will count beyond known facts, and past 100, requiring them to rely not on rote memory, but on their number sense and understanding of number patterns. “Dead ends” are built into the puzzles, requiring kids to look two or sometimes three boxes ahead.
• A Series of Snowmen (4): Snowman-themed Frames & Arrows-type printables require kids to use all four operations
• Merry, Merry Multiplication (4): These printables require kids to determine the unknown whole number in multiplication equations
