Description
Your students will love working on their 3D shape skills with this fun, engaging and hands-on activity. Students need to find the different 'regular' objects to the matching shapes that they belong to. The clipart images are copies of 'real life' objects.
This activity is a great starter for you to encourage your students to look around them in their environment and to recognise the different shapes of things around them.
There are 6 different 3D shape sorting pages included in this activity.
The 3D shapes included are:
♦ Cone
♦ Cube
♦ Cylinder
♦ Pyramid
♦ Sphere
♦ Triangular Prism
Some shapes come with 9 shape images to match, others come with fewer - ranging between 6-9.
You can either use this as a re-usable activity where you laminate it all and use velcro or it can be used as a worksheet for students to cut and stick.

Appropriate for American and British/Canadian etc. classrooms.
