Description

Welcome to the Rock Show! Rock Band is the featured performer tonight! Members include Igneous, Sedimentary, and Metamorphic.

Sung to the tune of "Itsy Bitsy Spider", these silly songs teach how the three types of rocks (igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic) are made.

Song Titles: "The Itsy Bitsy Climber", "The Itsy Bitsy Diver", and "The Itsy Bitsy Digger"

*Ideas when using the songs:

1. Have students put motions to the words.

2. Have students sing in real rock band style. :-)

Also included are Rock Files. Each file shows fun facts about each type of rock.

Have fun!
