3 Branches of Government MATCH GAME Promethean Board Game ZOOM

This fun Promethean Board activity will help your students retain the people and functions of the 3 Branches of Government.

It works the way the old 'Concentration' game where you turn over one card and try to find the card that matches it. I break the kids up into up to 5 teams and we play the game, taking in turn to give up 2 numbers to try and match. Once a match is made, you drag an orange square from the bottom left part of the screen to cover the match, click on the number in the upper right corner to go to the score screen and update the score, then click on the number there to go back to your game screen.

You can load the the game and share your screen with your students along with giving control of the cursor to any student to do the activity on the screen (Free Resource with directions on how to share your screen and assign Remote Control to any participants in your ZOOM session:

When I play this type of game on ZOOM I do not assign the Remote Control to students, but let them tell ME, the teacher, which 2 numbers to turn over. Much faster to play that way.
