Description

If you are looking for a hands-on method for teaching place value to hundreds whole group, this school-themed math interactive lesson for the SMARTboard is just what you need. Students will be engaged with writing on the interactive board and moving objects to learn and practice place value to 100s.

The lesson includes:

  • identifying the places
  • modeling numbers using place value blocks
  • identifying and write values
  • using standard and expanded form
  • comparing and ordering numbers to the 100s place

You must have Smart Notebook software to open this file.
