What educators are saying

My students love these! I'm hoping to be able to purchase one for each month. So far I've incorporated them in my afternoon, when they are checked out for the day and it is a great learning "break" for them. The kids love "Mr. Whiteboard" and really do listen when he is talking. Very engaging!
These videos are so great for quick reviews especially when you have those few minutes here and there before lunch or specials!

Description

Have you ever felt overwhelmed and just needed a minute to catch your breath? Have you ever wondered how you could keep your class busy while you worked one-on-one with a student or small group? I know I have and that's why I created 7 Minute Whiteboard Videos. They are ZERO prep! No copies! No early finishers! No grading! The best part is, kids LOVE them!

These videos offer a quick, no-prep review that your students are going to love! Each student needs a whiteboard, marker, and eraser. They are a wonderful resource for in-person AND distant learning.

This set includes a variety of skills and is a great first grade review for your new second graders. Videos included are-

✂️ Time for School - Students will review reading an analog clock the the quarter hour. They write the time on their boards before the answers are shown. Click here to see an example of this video!

✂️ Contractions - We see a contraction and students must write the two words that make this contraction. Click here to see a preview!

✂️ Sorting Nouns and Verbs - We start off by drawing a line down the middle of our boards and labeling the two sides "nouns" and "verbs". We see words and decide which side of the board to write them on. Are they nouns or verbs? At the end of the video, we see each correct answer. Click here to see it!

✂️ Capitalizing Names - The name tags on desks are wrong! Can your students write the names correctly? Click here to see an example from this video.

✂️ Place Value to the Hundreds Place - In this video, we see pencil cups that hold 100 pencils, boxes that hold 10 pencils, and single pencils. Can your students write the number of pencils represented in each group? Click here to see it!

✂️ Digraphs - We see words, but the digraph in them is hidden. Students must write the missing digraph before it is shown. Click here to see a preview of this video!

✂️ Missing Addends (facts to 20) - Review math facts! An addend is missing and your students must write it before it appears. Click here to see an example of this video!

✂️ Missing Subtrahends and Minuends (facts to 20) - A Subtrahend or minuend is missing from a subtraction sentence. Your students must write the missing number before it appears. Click here to see this video!

✂️ Sorting Long and Short Vowels - We start off by dividing our boards in half and labeling one side "Short Vowels" and the other side "Long Vowels". We hear and see words and write them on either side of the board. As they check answers, my students put a check mark next to each word as it is read. Click to see a quick preview of this video.

✂️ Finding Numbers on a Blank Hundred Chart - We see a blank 100 chart with only the first row and column filled in. Your students have to figure out which numbers should be in different spaces on the chart. Click here to see a preview of this video!
