27 Amendments to Constitution, Bill of Rights (Presentation + Project 5+ days!)

Presentation about each of the 27 Amendments to the Constitution and a Project!

Presentation includes:

-101 slides in PowerPoint format

-Original text of each Amendment (some abridged)

-Student friendly summary / explanation of each Amendment

-Four discussion questions for each Amendment

-Many images that represent the Amendments

-Can be used as instruction or review

I usually take ~3 class periods to get through the presentation. 

Project includes:

-Clearly laid out assignment broken down into steps/chunks for pacing

-Grading rubric

-Students will create a color image that represents an Amendment and complete a short written portion and attach the picture and text to construction paper/cardstock to “frame” their project and display their work.
