Description

Are parents asking you what TECH FREE activities their first grader can do over summer? Do you want to help them avoid the summer slump? Are you teaching summer school? Are you looking for something easy and all on one page? This choice board is perfect for you!

Students get to choose an activity from the following categories to complete each week: Reading/Writing, Spelling/Sight Words, Math, Science/Social Studies.

Between all the categories students will review: Identifying B/M/E in fiction text, making predictions in nonfiction text, adjectives, sight words, /ou/, /ay/ and vCe spelling patterns, handwriting, doubles equations, word problems, patterns, graphs/tally charts, citizenship, diversity/cultural traditions, investigations/experiments, animal coverings/habitats.
