Description

This is a 26-item ( 65 pts.) product based on Common Core Standards from Counting and Cardinality to Geometry. It could be given as a pre-assessment/diagnostic tool for the 1st Grade at the beginning of the school year to help assess the strengths and weaknesses of students' skills based on what they've learned from Kindergarten.

A digital assessment is included with 27 questions too.

It includes 2 assessment record pages that you could use either at the beginning (for 1st grade) or year end's assessment (for Kindergartens). And to the mathematically challenged 1st and 2nd graders as well.

With this assessment, it would be best that students complete the test on the first week of school on separate days.

Thank you for your purchase.

Happy teaching!

Count to 100 by ones and by tens.
Count forward beginning from a given number within the known sequence (instead of having to begin at 1).
Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
