Review how to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Check in on telling time, shapes, area, and perimter.
Plenty of opportunities to practice problem solving
(Including 3 read strategy, problem solving rubric, and write your own problems!)

Also includes my own personal favorites-mystery numbers and logic puzzles!

Great for morning work, seat work, group work, math station, and whole class review.

Try out days 1-10 and be on the lookout for Days 11-180!
Note* Days 1-10 are designed to be used early in the year and are coded with 2nd grade standards.

The reading writing and editing section is designed to review grammar, have students read a story/nonfiction passage and answer text dependent questions. Addressing a multitude of third grade standards. There are word ladders for spelling and vocabulary building as well. Includes reviews of figurative language, nonfiction text features, and text structure as well. Finally students will finish by writing, editing, revision, and reflecting on a rubric in response to a prompt.

I use this for my "after lunch" seat work. It is a HIT with my kiddos!
Check out Days 1-10 and give them a try. Be on the lookout for Days 11-180!

Tell and write time to the nearest minute and measure time intervals in minutes. Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals in minutes, e.g., by representing the problem on a number line diagram.
Draw a scaled picture graph and a scaled bar graph to represent a data set with several categories. Solve one- and two-step “how many more” and “how many less” problems using information presented in scaled bar graphs. For example, draw a bar graph in which each square in the bar graph might represent 5 pets.
Relate area to the operations of multiplication and addition.
Use place value understanding to round whole numbers to the nearest 10 or 100.
Fluently add and subtract within 1000 using strategies and algorithms based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.
