I work with students with emotional and behavioral disabilities and reading is a struggle. It is wonderful to find topical articles to be read in class. Thanks so much for your hard work!
This is an excellent resource for reviewing the 13 colonies. Also, my 5th-grade students thoroughly enjoyed this scavenger hunt.

  • This was a great activity for the end of our 13 colonies unit. I even used it during an observation. The principal was impressed! Thanks!
  • Instead of using this as a scavenger hunt, I used this as a review for students. I held up the card, read the clue, and gave them candy when they responded. Every single one of my classes LOVED it. I will definitely be using this resource in the future. Well put together, informative, and very helpful, especially as a content review.
  • This was the perfect ending to our 13 colonies unit. The students really enjoyed it and were very engaged throughout! Thank you.
  • My student and I both LOVED using this resource in the classroom! It was both engaging and easy to work with. My favorite way to use this resource was during our center activities. I recommended this to some of my colleagues to purchase also!
  • This was a fun way to engage students before an assessment about the three regions/13 colonies, and I loved that it was editable so I could fit their needs!
