Description

Here is a 10-Day Health Journal to give to your students. It's ideal for them to complete independently, or to complete alongside your guidance and teaching.

The 10-Day Journal invites students to track three main components of their health:

1. Daily Physical Activity

2.Diet

3.Sleep

Each day includes a focused lesson to help students learn principles of nutrition, fitness and performance psychology. Topics range from: The Warm-up and Stretching, Nutrition, Growth Mindset etc.

In addition, each day includes an inspirational health quotation and a space to write daily intentions and goals.

This is a powerful tool to help your students re-gain control of their life. The wisdom in the lessons come from sound science and research (and over 20 years of teaching experience).

Resource also includes: "Getting Started" sheet, "Sleep Questionnaire," "Student Sample," and a "Summary Reflections" task.
