ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ: Ασκήσεις για την 25η Μαρτίου (για ξενόγλωσσα παιδιά)

This resource has activities for the Greek Independence Day, celebrated on March 25th every year. It is for kids who are learning Greek all over the world and mainly for 2nd-5th grade of Greek School (depending on the level of your students). The vocabulary included deals with a few main and famous heroes and heroines of the Greek revolution 1821, a few basic details about Dionysios Solomos' life, the Greek National Anthem, and other vocabulary important to use when talking about what happed during the war.

What's included:

- fill-in the blanks with vocabulary presented on the same page

- sentences to be copied under the corresponding picture (good for reading practice as well).

- fill-in the blanks: Greek National Anthem

- the Greek National Anthem on a separate paper

- a crossword puzzle with the repeated vocabulary in the packet

- color pictures and writing for optional color print (also nice if printed in B&W).

- Answers for all activities, including the crossword puzzle.
