A new way of taking attendance which gets students actively involved. Instead of calling out names, every morning I display this Smartboard page, in which students names are placed on a tree. Students click their name and their name flies away and a calming song is played. The names that are left are the students who are not present. WINTER BINGO GAME FOR THE SMART BOARD

This is a BINGO game template of geometric shapes and math terms. Students identify and touch a figure to reveal a question. Students look for the matching answer on their BINGO grid. You will need to have students create their own BINGO grids by providing them with the possible BINGO answers or use the website: http://myfreebingocards.com/bingo-card-generator to create BINGO cards for students. Five answers in a row - vertically, horizontally, diagonally, or the four corners is a WINNER.
