TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 20th year teaching middle school and every year my practice is refined to provide the best possible learning experience for my students. Although I have experience in all 6th grade subjects, my specialty is designing engaging science activities. Great science instruction occurs when the materials are moved from the teacher's desk to the student's desk. I just LOVE the look on a student's face when they say "Ah Ha" I get it! I hope by sharing on TpT, my ideas will help students around the world have those "ah ha moments." I also have experience working with teachers to enhance use of technology, as well as with strategies for implementing literacy skills across content areas. I seriously have the best job in the world!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Never teach the same exact lesson twice because every class is unique!
