What educators are saying

This was a highly engaging resource that I used at the beginning of my WWII unit to introduce students to the big concepts that were going to be introduced.
I used this resource to introduce propaganda to my students. I appreciated the use of Allies and Axis propaganda to determine bias and perception.

Description

Y'all!!!! I'm so excited about this product and am so pleased to share it with you all.

Rather than trudge through a basic lecture of World War II Propaganda, why not give it a competitive edge; one that tricks your kids into thinking and learning all while disguised as fun.

For this activity, I combined a variety of my go-to activities: online sourced cold read quizzes, rhetoric triangle analysis, written response prompts, etc. with fun brain breaks. By simply purchasing a few inexpensive lockboxes to house the activity sheets, I was able to turn a simple cooperative group activity into a competitive escape room.

Historically, my own students have been fully engaged with this lesson while becoming acquainted with WWII propaganda. I'm sure your students will too!
