Description
These upside-down drawing worksheets are perfect for in-class instruction and distance learning, sub plans, or independent student study. Beginning High School and Middle School Drawing students will learn about drawing on the right side of the brain. Based on Betty Edward's book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, these worksheets include multiple levels of difficulty and will give students practice drawing in a way they may not have tried before, but will be a revelation.
Upside-down drawings are a way to get the left side of your brain to shut off and allow the right side of your brain to take over. To put it simply the left side of your brain is responsible for remembering time, letters, numbers, and symbols, whereas the right side of your brain is responsible for drawing pictures, and lines and seeing a picture as a whole, rather than as parts.
