Description
Project #1:
Students can use the preformatted document from MS Publisher and complete information about each different form of energy. They then search for clipart on the computer to categorize the different forms of energy.
Project #2:
Students bring in toys from home to be shared with the class. Each student demonstrates how their toy works and the class discusses the forms of energy found in their toy. The graphic organizer can then be used for your students to write about each toy and which category the toy belongs in based on its energy produced.
These are both great projects that can take 45 minutes each, and they really solidify your students' understanding of the different forms of energy with projects/activities they enjoy and remember.
