Description

This game has the ability to work on:

•Bilateral Coordination

•Fine Motor Skills

•Self-Help Skills (opening containers)

•Handwriting / Numbers

•Communication or AAC Device Use

•Number Identification

•Choosing

•Sequencing

This powerpoint presentation has clickable links to pick between 5 different Thomas themed missions. There is an optional 2nd missions page that has numbers instead of words for students who have limited verbal skills so they can indicate what mission they want to pick. The game has different ways to play using household items (dice, paper, etc.) and is a great tool for virtual therapy. Use the Zoom 'annotate' feature to create a shape and move it across the game board to complete the missions. At the end of the missions they have quick GIF clips to motivate students to want to get to the finish line. Game instructions have different ideas on how to play the game to work on a few different skills. The powerpoint has a green thumbs up icon that takes you back to the main mission page for ease of use in therapy. Fun and engaging for my students obsessed with Thomas! When you are done simply hit the grey X in the top right hand corner of the mission page to get to the all done/goodbye slides. I work with students that have a range of abilities and have used this with my elementary students and my high school students.

*clickable items and moving animations only work when slides are in presentation mode
