    This is far beyond the normal PowerPoints you're used to. My PowerPoints are a mix of outline with important fill-in names, words and terms. Some slides will contain the outline portions with images, while other slides are fully for visual demonstration. Please check out the previews and I'm sure you'll agree.

    Here is a preview of each included presentation (each can be purchased individually as well). In my unit numbering system, this unit is unit 4:

    4.1 (63 slides) The Scientific Revolution and the Enlightenment:

    4.1 covers the development of the Scientific Revolution and the Enlightenment, development which truly changed the world. 4.1 explores the great scientific minds of Bacon, Descartes, Copernicus, Galileo, Newton, Boyle, Pascal and Vesalius. Also, 4.1 explores the Enlightened minds of Locke, Montesquieu, Voltaire, Diderot and Rousseau. The developments and ideas of these men led to the American and French revolutions, and shook to the foundation every government on this earth.

    4.2 (72 slides) The English Civil War and the Glorious Revolution:

    4.2 deals with the revolutionary developments in England in the 17th century. All of the following are included: the Stuart kings (James I, Charles I, Charles II, James II), the Gunpowder Plot, Guy Fawkes, the Petition of Right, the conflict between the Parliament on the king, the English Civil War, Cavaliers, Roundheads, Oliver Cromwell, the trial and execution of Charles I, the Commonwealth, the Restoration, John Milton, the London Fire, the Glorious Revolution, William and Mary, the English Bill of Rights, development of Great Britain and its American colonies.

    4.3 (53 slides) The Seven Years’ War and the American Revolution:

    4.3 focuses mainly on Prussia's Frederick the Great and the Seven Years' War (also called the French & Indian War in North America) with the battles of Leuthen and Quebec. Additionally, 4.3 delves into the American Revolution and American Revolutionary War. 4.3 explores not just Frederick but also his enemies: Louis XV in France, Czarina Elizabeth in Russia, and Maria Theresa in Austria. 4.3 also explores King George III of Great Britain, the issue of no taxation without representation, the declaration of Independence, the Revolutionary War, the battle of Yorktown, as well as American patriots such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
