Activity Information:

An end-of-unit project to practice preterite vs. imperfect! Students write the synopsis of a movie in the past tense using preterite and imperfect. But they can't use the names of any characters or actors so you can use it as a class guessing game. The students get speaking and listening practice without even realizing it!

My projects includes an instruction sheet, work day guides, drafting pages, a sample, and a rubric. It also incorporates peer edits, reading, writing, and speaking. I also included PDF and DOC copies so you can adjust the requirements, point totals, or vocabulary to meet your students' needs.
