Self Monitoring Checklist - All Ages!
Description
This product allows for students to have a visual guide in order to self-monitor their appropriate behaviors during sessions. Providing a time interval (every 10 minutes if you have 30 minute sessions!) allows for consistent and predictable check-ins. This checklist provides students with the opportunity to self reflect and compare their behavior with the clinician.
With younger students they can be motivated by using a point system! The total amount of potential points earned can total 9.
All the time = 3 pt
Most of the time = 2 pt
Some of the time = 1 pt
None of the time = 0 pt
Also a helpful tool for compiling data for on task behavior!
Comes in a variety of colors that students can choose! I recommend laminating the given sheets and using expo markers to write on them :)
