    Retelling Activities

    These flexible retelling worksheets help your students retell a book in different ways. Each of the 55+ picture books included have specific scenarios from the book. Other retelling printables use the Beginning-Middle-End prompt.

    In each pack you will find:

    • retelling worksheets with space for written or illustrated responses.
    • colored retelling pictures, with and without text.

    Sequencing Activities

    These activities for teaching sequencing are similar to the retelling worksheets. There are specific scenarios from the book, text, and images that sequence events in the correct order. Some pages use the prompt: First - Then - Next - Last

    In each pack you will find:

    • sequencing picture cards with differentiated text and image versions
