NOTE: This product is designed to be used for practice of research skills, or as a review or reinforcement of the them. If you are looking for lessons that introduce these skills, you should check out my Embedding Quotations and Learning to Paraphrase products. OR get them all in the bundle.
This resource includes:
- Research Skills Stations for: learning to paraphrase, using quotations, using in-text citations, and creating a words cited page
- Table toppers for the research stations
- Task sheets
- An answer key
- BONUS stand-up stations for a quick review of embedding and citing quotes
There are several ways to organize these stations. Students can be grouped and each group sent to a different station. After an appropriate time period, each group will move to the next station. You could also group students according to the skills they need to work on. If several students are struggling with paraphrasing, for example, put them in the same group and send them to that station. You could also have a student who has mastered that skill assigned to be a helper at the station.
