Description

If you want your students to work more with primary sources, this primary source activity is a must! This Primary Source Analysis Chart makes it easy for your students to better understand and categorize primary sources. For your convenience, this resource is available as either a two-page printable PDF or an editable Google Doc that you can post on Google Classroom.

This resource is great to use with any document based questions (DBQs) or if you wish to assemble your own selection of documents or primary sources, and need an activity to go along with them.

On this primary source chart, there are spaces for students to list out the essential question and analyze documents based upon name, type, main points, bias/POV, and how it connects to the essential question.
