What educators are saying

It's a great follow up/ prior knowledge activity for the students. I used this online and onsite. Thanks
I loved this to put together everything we have learned about zeros, end behavior, and graphs. There are some tricky equations in there that I did have to go over with my class, but that's okay. :)

Description

This Key Properties, Zeros, and Graphing of Polynomial Functions activity includes 8 functions given in factored form. Students analyze the functions, then

  • determine zeros (all rational)
  • determine x and y intercepts
  • determine bounces - multiplicity
  • determine whether odd or even
  • determine end behavior

They then match the correct graph, dragging it onto the organizer in the digital version and graph by hand in the printable.

What's included?

  • PDF with links to the digital product.
  • Detailed illustrated instructions on accessing and sharing this resource with your students
  • Printable version is free response and can be used as worksheet, HW, task cards, stations, or Interactive Notebook pages.
  • Detailed illustrated instructions for your students
