What educators are saying

I used this with students in a strength and conditioning class. For students who are new to working out this is great to scaffold materials to get them familiar with general type of workouts.
This resource makes fitness center days so easy. There is a lot of variety in the workouts I could assign my students both with and without weights. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Description

Are you looking for no prep Phys Ed exercise workout plans for your students? Then look no further! These 14 fitness menus take your students through the warm-up, workout, bonus move, and cool down so that they can have a full workout with very little instruction from you. These PE Fitness Menus are appropriate for Grades 6 - 12.

Why These Fitness Menu Circuit Task Cards?

These no prep workouts guide your students through a 7-course exercise "meal". Your students will work through their Fitness Menus, starting with the appetizer (warm up), moving to the main course (the workout), and finishing with dessert (bonus move / challenge task). These Fitness Menu cards are pre-made workouts that your students can use independently during a Fitness Center day or they can be used for an entire fitness unit.

What's Included?

  • 14 Unique Fitness Menus: Each card takes your students through a 7-course exercise "meal". Each card focuses on a different part of the body and/or equipment focus. Workouts include:
    • Cardio & Core, Upper Body Free Weights, Lower Body, Full Body, Upper Bodyweight, Lower Body Machine, Agility/Balance & Core, Upper Body Machine, Lower Body Free Weights, Full Bodyweight, Chest & Triceps, Lower Bodyweight, Core, and Back & Biceps

  • Extra Menu Cards: Each menu card is a part of a “Color Group”. Each color group has 3 cards in it. Each card has the same exercises, but in a different order. This allows several students to complete the same workout without running into each other.
  • Exercise Modifications: Every exercise comes with modifications for your students so that your students can modify their workouts to be easier or more challenging
  • Editable Workout Template: If you would like to create your own unique Fitness Menus, then you can access my editable template and enter the warm-up, exercises, and bonus move of your choosing.
  • Teacher Instructions: These instructions walk you through printing and how to these fitness menus
  • Color and Black & White Versions

These Physical Education Fitness Menu Workouts are perfect to use as a no-prep unit or as individual Fitness Center days for your Phys Ed Class!
