Phonics Activities Cut & Paste Bundle- Beginning Sounds, Blends, Digraphs, More

These cut and paste worksheets are simple phonics activities that help students practice alphabet beginning sounds, consonant blends, consonant digraphs, long vowels, and r-controlled (bossy r) sounds.

Assign the sheets for seat work, or place them with scissors, paste, and crayons at a literacy center. Students will need to cut out the pictures at the bottom of each page, choose the pictures that match the featured sound, glue the appropriate pictures to the pages, and then color. You might choose to send home each sheet as it is completed, or you might want to save students’ pages to compile into books once all the pages are complete. Book covers are included at the end of each file for optional use.
