Description

This project introduces middle school general music students to the concept of parody and parody songs in particular. Students will be able to listen to and analyze examples of parody and create a parody song of their own.

This product includes:

Possible Extensions to the project - 

  • Students could perform their parodies in front of the class.
  • Students could record themselves singing their parodies.

NOTE: The slide backgrounds are locked for copyright purposes, but text, photos, and video can be added at the teacher’s discretion. Slides can also be put in different orders.
