The activities move through a comprehensive article outline that students can apply to any topic. Students are introduced to the outline paragraph by paragraph with notes, examples, and scaffolded practice. At the end of the unit students will be ready to apply their learning to writing a complete article that hooks the reader’s attention, keeps their interests, and states the facts in an interesting and engaging way.
