What educators are saying
This resource is engaging, easy to implement and your kids will look forward to the new word each week!
I love using these for morning meeting. I have my class vote at the end of the week for a classmate that models this skill and they love to celebrate together.
Description
Explicit character-building and SEL instruction is beneficial in primary and upper elementary grades. This resource will help you open up discussions and show examples of 30 different positive characteristics (listed below).
Each week, students will explore one weekly word. It is meant to be implemented for only roughly 8-12 minutes each day, so it makes a great addition to morning meetings. Throughout the week, the word/characteristic of the week will be defined, explored, discussed, and reflected on.
