What educators are saying
Description
If you want a fun and engaging way for your students to practice math and fine motor, then these math task cards are for you! This resource has a total of 30 count and clip cards featuring animals that can be found at the zoo, such as a lion, giraffe, zebra, etc. The numbers included are from 1 to 30 and are great to reinforce fine motor skills and counting to thirty. These math task cards are designed to fit inside task bins or task boxes. I use the photo boxes as storage for mine. Students can use a clip (or clothespin) to clip the correct number that matches the pictures that they have counted. This helps to reinforce one to one correspondence and effectively using the counting sequence for numbers up to 30. You can also use these as a quick "exit slip" and choose not to laminate them. To use them this way, you can have students place a sticker, stamp, bingo dauber or just color the correct number. It makes a great quick check to see if your students understand the math concept you're working on.
